Meet Ann

At 43, I couldn’t tell you who I was without telling you what I did or who I was to somebody else.

I was divorced, raising three daughters, and on autopilot in my career. I had people I loved and happy moments. But I was dependent on alcohol to cope with just living, and somewhere along the way, I’d lost myself in all of it.

Then came June 7th, 2025. My relationship had just ended and I was heartbroken. I needed a distraction and drove to a friend’s. And after a night of tears, girl talk, and way too many glasses of wine, I went to bed. And something happened that I never even knew was possible. I know now that it was my awakening.

I’d been trying to quit for years and never made it more than a few days in a row. But I woke up the next morning and, for the first time in 20 years, I didn’t want a drink. It felt like it had been lifted, and I knew it was over.

What was left was someone raw, a little scared, and strangely excited. A woman who didn’t know who she was but could suddenly see the beliefs and patterns she’d been living by without ever questioning them.

But sobriety isn’t my story. It was the key.

The real work started after that: the inner work, the shadow work, the honest look at how I was really showing up in my relationships. And I wasn’t happy with a lot of it.

Soon after, I lost my job. In the quiet, I started remembering the girl I was at 27, who believed she could pack up, move to Paris, and become a fashion designer if she wanted to.

I wanted that girl back.

So I started trying everything. Some things worked, some didn’t, some I still use daily. But awareness alone wasn’t enough. I had to actually do things differently: set boundaries, keep promises to myself, and take one step at a time.

And I learned how hard it can be to know something needs to change and still have no idea where to start.

That’s the woman I want to work with.

The woman who knows something isn’t right but has no idea what to do about it. The woman who’s spent so much time taking care of everybody else that she’s forgotten what she wants for herself. And especially the woman who’s afraid to say out loud what’s really going on because she’s already heard enough opinions about what she should be doing.

I know those feelings because I’ve lived them.

That’s why I became a certified life coach. Today, I help women stop waiting to be chosen and start choosing for themselves. I’m not here to tell you what to do. I’m here to listen without judgment, ask the questions that help you see things differently, and help you find the courage to make your own choices.

2025 was the hardest year of my life, and somehow the most beautiful.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before you start. You can show up exactly where you are.

And you can tell me the messy version.
