Bring what you’ve been carrying. It doesn’t have to make sense yet.
Maybe you’re questioning a relationship you’ve spent years trying to make work. Maybe you’re exhausted from being everything to everybody and can’t remember the last time you made a decision just for yourself.
Or maybe you can’t name it yet. You just know something needs to change, and you have absolutely no idea where to start.
That’s okay. We can start there.
So what does working with me actually look like?
First, we talk. You tell me the real version: what’s happening, what you want, and what’s been getting in your way.
We’ll look at the patterns you keep finding yourself in, the beliefs you may have never questioned, and the fears that make change feel so overwhelming.
And sometimes, we’re going to have to get honest about the part you’re playing in it, too. Don’t worry, I’ve been on that side of the conversation myself.
But we’re not going to spend all our time talking about what isn’t working.
We’ll explore what you want to be different and what you can actually do about it. One decision, one boundary, one promise to yourself at a time.
I won’t push you toward a decision you’re not ready to make. My job isn’t to decide for you. It’s to help you get to a place where you trust yourself to make your own decisions.
And here’s something I believe deeply: You can want love and connection without needing someone else to prove you’re worthy of either. You already are. And when you begin to believe that, you start making different choices.
My coaching is grounded in honest conversations, self-reflection, and practical action.
And if you’re drawn to it, I’m happy to bring in guided meditations, oracle cards or tarot as a mirror for reflection. I love exploring that side of life, but it’s always optional.
We’ll find what works for you.
Let’s start with a conversation.
I offer a complimentary 25-minute discovery conversation. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you here, what you’re hoping to change, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
After that, you can book a single coaching session or we can work together over time. No pressure to commit to anything before you’re ready.
A few questions you might have
Do I have to be interested in spirituality?
Not at all. The work is practical and grounded. If you like things like journaling, meditation, or tarot, we can bring them in. If you don’t, we won’t.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on personal development, self-awareness, choices, and action. It’s not therapy or treatment for mental-health or substance-use conditions. If you need that kind of support, a qualified healthcare or mental-health professional is the right resource.
Do I have to commit to ongoing sessions?
No. A single session can stand alone, or we can work together over time if you’d like continued support.
How do we meet?
We can meet by video or phone, or in person if you’re in the Charlotte area, within about 20 miles of me. I love being outdoors, so if you’re up for it, we can walk and talk somewhere in nature. When you reach out, we’ll find a time and place that works.
What does coaching cost?
A 60-minute session is $125. If you’d like ongoing support, four sessions are $475 and eight are $900. Your first conversation with me is free, so you can ask anything before you decide.
